Arnica 200 safe for 5mth old baby?

I wondered if anyone could tell me if Arnica 200 is safe for baby? I have the Ainsworth kit with Arnica 30 which I would normally give to baby but have run out and only have 200 strength.
Baby has had knock on forehead from big brother's elbow (3yr old), small bruise appearing, just applied arnica cream for now as I wasn't sure whether the Arnica 200 was too strong.
any advice appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may give a single dose of Arnica 200 if the baby is suffering from trauma due to injury. If there is no trauma, Arnica 200 is not needed. These things correct on thier own.

OK thank you. No she is fine and calmed down very quickly so I'll just apply the cream for now then.
thanks for your help.

Just for your information, the remedy for taking care of physical effects (only the significant ones, not to be given unnecessarily) of the injury (when there is no trauma) is Rhus Tox 30.
