Need help with anxiety and panic attack
Hi,I am having major anxiey and panic before important events such as a meeting and an exam. My palms and underarms start sweating and everything just gets blurry. I have trouble breathing (I have asthma and I take symbicort for it) even after taking three doses of the inhaler which usually helps me stabilize in a minute. But when I am having an anxiety attack, it just doesn't work.
I don't want to take alopathic medication and was wondering if I can take homeopathic medication which can help.
Please help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Gelsemium 30c at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days and see how that affects you in the next 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
