Enlarged Liver Problem
Hello Drs.My elder sister is suffering from Enlarged Liver and Gall Bladder Stone(15.2 mm). She is suffering a lot of pain in stomach day and night.She is 45 yrs old. Her Ultrasound report is as follows:
Liver is enlarged(18cms) & reveals a large hypoechoic space occupying lesion in right lobe measuring 12.5x10.3x8.8 cm in size. It is closely abutting anterior wall of GB. Intrahepatic biliary are note dilated.
Gall Bladder is of normal size. A freely mobile calculus of size 15.2mm is present in its lumen. Common bile is not dilated
Pancreas is of normal size and contour. Echo-pattern is normal. No focal lesion is seen within pancreas.
Spleen is of normal size and shape. Echotexture is normal. No focal lesion is seen
Right Kidney is normally sited and is of normal size and shape. Cortico medullary echoes are normal.No focal mass is seen.Any calculus is not shown.
Left Kidney is normal sited and is of normal size and shape. Cortico medullary echoes are normal. No focal lesion is seen. Any calculus is not shown.
Urinary Bladder is normal in out line. Wall thickness is normal. Lumen is normal.
Uterus is anteverted measuring 6.9 x 3.3 x 2.1 cms in size.Myometrium shows normal echo-pattern. No focal space occupying lesion is seen. Endometrial echo is normal. Endometrial thickness is 3 mm.
No adnexal mass is seen
No free fluid is seen in pouch of douglas
Multiple retroperitoneal lymph nodes are seen largest of size 50.9 x33.6 mm.
Please tell some homeopathic medicines soon for my sister.

Please try the following medicine
Cheledonium-Q (20 drops per dose in a little water 3/4 times a day)
Berberis Vulg-Q (20 drops per dose in a little water 3/4 times a day)
and report changes after 4 weeks avoid to use oily,fats etc.etc.
If Arq-e-Makoo is esily available then please take half cup empty stomach morning.

Stomach.--Tongue yellow, with imprint of teeth; large and flabby (Merc; Hyd). Taste bitter, pasty. Bad odor from mouth. Prefers hot food and drink. Nausea, vomiting; better, very hot water. Pain through stomach to back and right shoulder-blade. Gastralgia. Eating relieves temporarily, especially when accompanied with hepatic symptoms.
Abdomen.--Jaundice due to hepatic and gall-bladder obstruction. Gall-colic. Distention. Fermentation and sluggish bowels. Constriction across, as by a string. Liver enlarged. Gallstones (Berberis).
Berbris vulg.
Abdomen.--Stitches in region of gall-bladder; worse, pressure, extending to stomach. Catarrh of the gall-bladder with constipation and yellow complexion. Stitching pain in front of kidneys extending to liver, spleen, stomach, groins, Poupart's ligament. Sticking deep in ilium.
Stool.--Constant urging to stool. Diarrha painless, clay-colored, burning, and smarting in anus and perineum. Tearing around anus. Fistula in ano.
Urinary.--Burning pains. Sensation as if some urine remained after urinating. Urine with thick mucus and bright-red, mealy sediment. Bubbling, sore sensation in kidneys. Pain in bladder region. Pain in the thighs and loins on urinating. Frequent urination; urethra burns when not urinating.
