Fast hair loss

I am 28 years old (M) and am loosing hair at a rapid speed. I have been loosing hair for last 2 years but now the loosing rate has increased. My father too was bald. I am having weak, brittle hair.
Please suggest what can be done to retard/avoid this problem.

I dont consume non veg, liquor or smoke.
there is stess in office and life. Would be happy if there is any remedy for this.
