Stammering

I am from Kerala. I have stammering problem from my childhood. Now I am
23 years of age. The interesting thing about my stammering is that I
stammer only in few or tensed situation whereas in other, I speak as a
normal person so that some of my friends even does not know about my
stammering. Due to this stammering, I can't say the place name while on
bus, can't speak on phone, can't talk to strangers, can't talk in
seminars. The rest of the situations including talking to myself infront
of the mirror,singing songs, talking to my family members, talking to
close friends, talking in normal mood does not affect my speech and I
speek normally. Why is this so? If a person have stammering problem, he
stammers in all situations whereas I stammer only in few. This
stammering is destroying my life.

Can homoeopathy cure my stammering forever? Awaiting your reply at the
earliest and in details. Thanking you in advance.

Dear chiyaan,pl take Stramonium 200c 4 pills 3 times a day for 3 days and revert back after 15 days.pl also start Kali phos 6x 5 tabs 3 times a day.
