Azoospermia Treatment

Hi Dr Abhishek,

I am 37 yrs of age. I have been married for 3 yrs. Recently, I was diagnosis; primary infertility-Azoospermai; small vlume testes; borderline. FSH AT 13.9 with reasonable AMH at 14.9 and normal testosteron (18.6); ? obstructive azoospermai, ? sub- normal/ absent spermatogenesis. Is there any chances with herbal treatment??? Please help...

I have on both sides of ribs and back. I some times feel that my stomach is dry and don't go to toilet as I should.
