Children matching the picture of Stramonium exhibit a mixture of exhibit a mixture of extreme fear and violence. The feeling is like a terror in the dark jungle surrounded by wild animals that may attack them at any moment, and the response is violence and rage. They become violent if provoked. They fear animals, water, and violent death. They often have nightmares of terrors with shrieking, stammering, cursing, jealousy, and rage are common behaviors. These are very intense children. My daughter too was diagnosed by a top level child specialist as suffering from mild case of autism and more specifically, "Pervasive Developmental Disorder". He predicted that, if we are lucky, she will end up with Aspergus Syndrome by age of 7.

Agree , highly doubt that Stramonium is applicable here. Have treated some very difficult cases of Autism , that needed very hi potencies.

Big article in paper today about Autism. I have been trying to find this info. I have known about it for more than 20 years, but had forgotton who and where.

Auditory Integration Training is a treatment begun by Dr Guy Berard in France. He has been doing this for nearly 50 years. He never found this to be an actual "cure" but the improvements were very impressive. Some were nearly normal and most learned to cope in life to a greater degree.

There is a book written by a mother of an autistic child: "The sound of a Miracle: A Child's Triumph Over Autism" by Annabel Stehli

Her child grew and finished school, married and became a mother.
