Stammering

My daughter is 4.2yrs old. she is 15.8kgs weight.she goes to L.K.G. she is having stammering for the past 1yr. but for the past 3months her stammering has increased very much..

she also drags the first letter of the word. she speaks English and tamil.can understand both languages very well. but stammering is 100%in Tamil and 90%in english.

she also has teeth grinding when she is sleeping. sometimes gives a loud sound while sleeping. when i pat her she sleeps well..

doesnt eat on her own.always want to be fed. very poor eater. have force her every time..

im more worried only bout her stammering.plz help me.

can u plz give me a solution.. im really worried..

Any other symptom (major ,minor may be anything ) that appeared along with stammering . Please think and answer.

Along with stammering no other symptoms. When she was 2.5yrs she had stammering. We thougght it was normal as she just started to speak. Now its become worse. evry word she stammers.
