Burning pain during ejaculation

Hi, I have a very irritating problem. For the past 2 months, I've periodically had intense pain after ejaculation

. This only happens every sex o, and I've had it from sex with wife.

This pain will happen anywhere from 5 min to 30 min after I ejaculate, and the pain will stop temporarily when I urinate, sometimes when I urinate it even feels good. This also causes me to feel like I constantly have to urinate. This pain always disappears after an hour or two, and never happens unless I ejaculate. I don't understand this at all because it only happens once in a while, and there is no common
Common factor during this period of 1-2 hours also.

Please advice some homeopathic medicine.

looking at pulsatila or phosphoric acid-

Doctors saying that some infection is there. Urine report is normal.

I have kidney stones one 3mm size in left side kidney and 3 stones size of 3mm in right side kidney.

In ultrasound fatty liver change is also found.

My age is 33 yrs male.

Height 170cm

Please help me to get rid off from kidney stones+Burning pain during&after ejaculation+fatty liver change.
