scalp deformation --- please help

To all the wonderful doctors out here.

Please I really need your help. I am in a vulnerable state of mind. I have been having scalp 'acne' on my head for the past 6 years.

I have tried all over the counter remedies know to man
Tea tree oil
Jojoba oil
Selsun Blue
anything with salyic acid

I have been prescribed anti biotics like tetracycline and dioxyline.

The anti biotics have huge side effects, like darker skin, cyst like acne on my face ( being that i neva use to get acne until i started taking antibiotics).

I have tried to change alot of things in my life to help out, but nothing is working.

Now i am a chain smoker, just because this problem is stressing me out.

At work or at school. I will start bleeding profusely from either the acne on my face or scalp.

I am a hermit now, i dont like leaving the house unless i have to.

Any information you need please dont hesitate to ask. because i am at my breaking point now, where i cant function well at school or work, because of the pain i feel in my scalp, as well as the embarrassment i feel from this problem.

I wake up in the morning with pounds of oil on my face. The night before i clean my face with oil cleanser.

I used to use lemon and olive oil, but i broke out even more with this remedy.

PLEASE PLEASE HELP
