Biochemic Salt Question

I am currently taking Bio Chemic salt combinations, my query is
1) Can we take bio chemic salt tablets with water or should it be sucked slowly like homeopathy and are there any any restrictions as in homeopathy like not having anything before or after 10-15 of taking it?
