Suffering from solitary rectum ulcer

Dear Doctor

My name is Auditya,I am 27,5.8' height,medium personality.

I am suffering from amebiasis and solitory rectal ulcer since 2006.

I have taken treatment in allopathy for one year,2 years in ayurvedic and 6 months in homeopathy.

My problem in detail:
I use to go regulary 4 to 5 times stool in day.The intervals of stool are 3 to 4 times in morning after wakeup one time,after breakfast and having milk or tea one time and 2 times after some time.
First time and secontime I use to go normally without putting pressure,but from third and fourth time I use to put pressure,need to insert finger and pull it.
After going all stools I sue to feel constipation also.

In the evening after having snack and having tea I use to one time,if I wont take tea/milk in the evening then I wont get stool but I feel lot uncomfortable in rectum and stomach so I better feel to drink tea and go for stool.

Now a days after going stool 3/4 times in the morning I am feeling pain in rectum when I sit and it is being for a hours.But I feel normal in the nite at rectum.

I use to find bleeding at the time of stool when I get stool and hold for a few minutes and go for stool then i will find bleeding.

Now again I started taking treatment in homeopathy from a week.


My previous problems:
I got typhiod,jaundice and chicken pox in age between 12 to 20.

I am suffering from sinus allergy since 10 years.My body is sensitive in cold and immediately I get cold,sneezing & nose block.

If my boss say anything or shout on me I feel sensitive and for some things I get anxiety.

After I find rectal ulcer accoridng to doctors suggestion I am taking fruits and juices regularly,even i have taken fibre content medicines for a year.

Please kindly give me the best suggestion

At present I am staying in Bangalore.
