Are there any specific remedies for Restless Leg Syndrome?

Hi, Does homeopathy have any specific remedies for restless leg syndrome?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The main remedies covering this remedy (in decreasing order of importance) are:

1. Zincum met
2. Medorrhinum
3. Opium
4. China
5. Plumbum
6. Merc

The right remedy will be seleceted on the basic of totality of symptoms.

Hope this helps.

Niel

There are lot of other remedies as well, which can cover restless leg syndrome when the rest of the symptoms agree. Arsenicum, Tarentula, Lycopodium, Sulphur, Kali-c, Causticum, Tuberculinum, Phosphorus, Platina, Psorinum, Nat-m... and there are many more.

The rubric is extremities; restlessness; leg

Restless leg syndrome is usually connected to the sycotic miasm or ADD related syndromes that are connected to vaccinosis.

'Restless leg syndrome is usually connected to the sycotic miasm'

^^It is true that sycosis can have this symptom but this is far from being a symptom based on which you can do your miasmatic diagnosis. As an example, remedies like Tuberculinum, Tarentula, Arsenicum, Zincum and Psorinum have all sorts of restlessness of extremities. And, I would say these are not sycotic remedies.

Thanks to all of you for your inputs but godddd... am confused.

If you are looking at your own case, and hoping to get advice on a remedy, you are confused because taking one symptom out of context will never help you find a remedy.

Successful chronic prescriptions require looking at the whole case, the history, the miasmatic influences, in order to understand the place and meaning of each symptom.

Prescribing one remedy for this symptom, another for that symptom, is a sure path to failure, and possibly to medicinal side-effects or suppression of your disease.

Please use the new homeopathy patient intake form and give us information about your case, and hopefully someone will help you begin correct homeopathic treatment.

Well I know that brisbane and am quite aware of it, I got confused coz I was surprised to see there are so many remedies for RLS as well in homeopathy, too many remedies at one go was never my option nor my selection as I too am aware of side effects, and I always like to seek information for the well being of many on this platform.

Neil, I know this is a super-specific question, but what combination of those items listed above would you suggest for restless leg as a symptom of vasovagal syncope /neurocardiogenic syncope (low blood pressure)?

Thanks,
Kelly
