Arnica 30, 2 pellets, once in the morning for 1 week
After this,
Spigelia 30, 2 pellets, once in the morning for 1 week
After this,
Give one dose of Arnica 200 in the morning - one day only
After this, give a gap of 4 days, then take Spigelia 200 - 1 dose, one day only.
After this, give a gap of 4 days, then give a dose of Medhorinum 200 - 1 dose only. One day only.
