Dr Joe plzzz help!! Alopecia Areata
Last yr in march, I noticed 2 dime-sized bald spots at the back of my head. My doctor diagnosed it as alopecia areata caused due to stress, which might be true as I was a little emotionally stressed and also had an awful sleeping pattern due to my exams (used to sleep for only 3-4 hours every night). He treated me with multivitamins, steroids (oral) and flucort lotion 0.01%, thrice a day. After a month, I could see new hair growth and both the patches were almost covered but a few grey hair were grown. The treatment went on for 3 months after this I myself discontinued it, as the steroid was giving me side effects such as bloatedness and swelling on my face.
A week ago, I noticed that I have 3 new dime-sized patches, all at the back of my head, different areas. They could be stress related since my exams are again around the corner.
I'm only using the lotion twice a day but I'm skeptical to go to my doctor since he'll again recommend steroids and i don't want to torture my body by taking those. Plus I'm getting married in Nov and don't want to look so swollen and bloated but need urgent help. Also, apart before this problem, I used to have beautiful, straight and silky hair. Now i'm facing hairloss and my hair, lacks lustre and shine. Plzz plzzz plzzzz help!
Some of my details are:
Age: 24 yrs
Height: 5'3
Weight:54 kgs
Allergy: allergic to dust and pollution
Drinking/Smoking: no
Diet: veg and non-vegetarian diet, I eat all kinds of vegetables, fruits, meat and sea-food.
Lifestyle: active but no exercise involved.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I hope that you realize that you cannot expect an instant response to your call for help. I mentioned this as I note that you have already done so twice today.
Please follow the therapy below and report response in 2 weeks,
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily.
Arnica Q to be mixed with Olive Oil to be massaged in a 20% emulsion daily into the hair roots.
Ferr Phos 6x tablets dose 2 twice daily.
Cod liver oil capsules dose 1-2 daily.
Exercise to sweat it out.
No harsh shampoos.
You should hopefully notice that your hair loss should cease in 2 weeks and new hair should be visible in 4 weeks if you look between your existing hair.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made up as follows:
Order the remedy in a 5ml Alcohol pack also known as Liquid Dilution.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles.
This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is sipped as directed.
Report progress in a month or earlier.

Thank you so much, yes I know the instant reply is not always possible, I'm new to the forum so I wasn't aware.
Thank you for taking out your time ans responding to my problem. I really appreciate it. I'll let you know about the progress. Can I use coconut oil instead of olive oil?

Just wanted to let you know, I got the arnica 30c in liquid form. So i added 2 drops in 500 ml of water, hope that was right? I remember you mentioning this to someone in the forum.
I've also started applying the arnica q in olive oil and also have taken the Ferr phos and cod liver tabs.
Just wanted to confirm that I should not consume anything for atleast 30 mins before taking the homeopathy medication and also consume this on an empty stomach, right?
Is there anything food or beverages that I should refrain from?
And I did not mention this earlier but I also suffer from dandruff at times, it is dry type. I live in India so it actually aggravates in the winters.
Is there something to cure this? or are these medicines good enough?
Thank you so much, await your reply and I'm hoping for positive results.

Add another drop or two as I have found that just 2 drops which should theoretically be sufficient to make the Wet dose of any remedy is even more effective when a total of 3-4 drops are used in 400ml of water.
Let us hope that your dandruff will also be helped by this therapy. You can wash your hair daily using Johnsons Baby Shampoo as this too helps with the Dandrugg.

Hello Joe,
It has been almost 3 weeks since I started the above treatment, so I thought I'll share the results with you. There has been visible hair growth in all the patches. I can see and feel tiny hair growing, just hope this time they stay for good! As even with the earlier treatment (last year) all the patches are now fully covered but I lost hair in other places. So I switched onto homeopathy and I hope this time I don't get anymore patches. My hairfall has also reduced to some extent which is again a good sign. I'm also using Himalaya shampoo which has suited me very well. As of now I'm happy with the results and thank you for your wonderful advice :) I shall continue with the treatment and keep you posted.

Glad to note that Joepathy has worked yet again to help your Alopecia Areata.
I would like to copy some information on your ailment which is of interest below:
http://www.bing.com/health/article/healthwise-1250018660/Alo....
What is alopecia areata?
Alopecia areata is a type of hair loss that occurs when your immune system mistakenly attacks hair follicles , which is where hair growth begins. The damage to the follicle is usually not permanent. Experts do not know why the immune system attacks the follicles. Alopecia areata is most common in people younger than 20, but children and adults of any age may be affected. Women and men are affected equally.
What happens in alopecia areata?
Alopecia areata usually begins when clumps of hair fall out, resulting in totally smooth, round hairless patches on the scalp. In some cases the hair may become thinner without noticeable patches of baldness, or it may grow and break off, leaving short stubs (called 'exclamation point' hair). In rare cases, complete loss of scalp hair and body hair occurs. The hair loss often comes and goeshair will grow back over several months in one area but will fall out in another area.
When alopecia areata results in patches of hair loss, the hair usually grows back in 6 months to 1 year. 1 Although the new hair is usually the same color and texture as the rest of the hair, it sometimes is fine and white.
About 10% of people with this condition may never regrow hair. 2 You are more likely to have permanent hair loss if you:
Have a family history of the condition.
Have the condition at a young age (before puberty ) or for longer than 1 year.
Have another autoimmune disease.
Are prone to allergies (atopy).
Have extensive hair loss.
Have abnormal color, shape, texture, or thickness of the fingernails or toenails.
Because hair is an important part of appearance, hair loss can result in feeling unattractive.
In some people with alopecia areata, the fingernails and toenails become pittedthey look as if a pin had made many tiny dents in them. They may also look like sandpaper.
Alopecia areata cannot be cured but it can be treated. Most people who have one episode will have more episodes of hair loss.
You will note that Alopecia Areata is reputed as NOT being curable. It can only be controlled as long as you use my Joepathy which you will have to use for a considerable period into the future. As far as I am aware there is no drug to equate my therapy and it is my hope that Big Pharma will please take note.
As I stated above this is yet another example of how Joepathy works.
Please keep me posted of your progress in a few weeks.

Hello Dr Joe,
I just wanted to inform you that I've completed almost 2 months of your treatment and the existing patches have been totally covered. Thankfully, I've not noticed any new patches also. I shall continue with the treatment and keep you posted.

I am glad to note that in just 2 months your Allopecia has been reversed and 'the existing patches have been totally covered.'
I make bold to state that as far as I am aware, I do not think that there is any therapy that can be compared to mine. This therapy alone can be considered as a money spinner to any organization that can replicate it and I have shared the secrets of my therapy absolutely free to the world.
You may like to know that I am 82 years of age and it is the satisfaction that I derive from receiving reports like yours that keep me motivated to help suffering humanity.

My girlfriend has alopecia areata for almost 3 years. The first time it went away, huge spot right on the top of her head. Now some spots are coming back. I went ahead and ordered everything per Dr. Joes method here.
Arnica 6x 20% 30ml
Arnica 30c 20% 30ml
Twinlab norwegian cod liver oil
Hylands ferrum phos. 6x
Bija brand, organic extra virgin olive oil.
I don't have metric measuring or exact measuring tools so I put about 4 drops of 30c in 13.5 oz of water and had her drink that with 2 fish oil gels after taking the Ferrum Phos. I followed the dose of ferrum phos per the bottle instructions which was dissolve 4 under tongue. I mixed the olive oil with 6x and put in a small spray bottle. I massaged about 2 squirts into the one nickel sized spot.
Id like some clarification please. Do we massage the entire scalp or just the spots? For how long? Do we let it sit and soak in? When do we rinse ot out? Is there anything wrong with this method were doing, suggestions?
This method looks promising. She uses avalon organics biotin shampoo and conditioner if that matters.
Looking forward to any responses. Thanks!

I would like to state for the record that the therapy you have quoted above which you attribute to me is NOT mine and it is most likely that it will not help your friend .

What? Is this a joke? Are their 2 Dr. Joes on this forum? Who was the dr joe that mentioned the method using the supplememts discussed here? I live in america, and cannot get arnica q. Based on research I did on this forum and others, I determined arnica 6x to be suitable. What was wrong with what I did? Everything I ordered is discussed in this topic and the response I got is extremely vague and does not help me at all.
