Please help! Premature ejaculation & weakness of body and penis after in..tercourse

Hi,
Iam 24 yrs old guy but am facing premature ejacultaion just after 2-3 strokes also i have night falls and thin sperm.I always feel tired after sex.My life is reiuned.Please help ineed it.Thank you in advance
