Good Afternoon,
I have received the remedies on urgent request however I have been posted Nat phos instead of natrum sulph therefore I must return this back on Monday by post.I would say around Wednesday I should have the natrum sulph.
On a positive note the agent did send the thuja ocidentalis correctly.
To be quite honest I didn't feel anything significant that I could bring to your attention that would indicate progress or deterioration in my health after taking the ars alb 200.
My condition is very much the same I am breathing through my mouth most of the time which is having a massive impact on my lungs.I feel a pain in my back and in my chest due to the constant pressure on my lungs as my nose is blocked.Only when I visited the gym yesterday to use the steam and sauna did I feel momentarily that I could breath through my nose but that didn't last long as when I came out of the gym i was back to square one.
I feel very tired,My nose is blocked.I feel fed up,unhappy and hopeless.My condition is really affecting me.I have put on a lot of weight around the waist area as i have ballooned.I cant exercise to lose this weight and this is really having a negative impact on me mentally and physically.I dont feel comfortable in my clothes.
I really pray that I can find a cure for these conditions.

I have confirmation that i will receive the the other remedies on Tuesday.
Will these remedies help me with my acute rhinitis? As my nose is blocked,some times runny,partially blocked,sneezing and its really makes my life very difficult.I am really struggling with this.

I am taking natrum suplh at the moment but my breathing isnt too good to be honest.
Im out of breath just getting up and down a flight of stairs.
Hopefully should get the sambucus later on today.

I am also having the same problem. I think it is not a classical asthma. It is related to allergy only. I am taking Levocetrizine, ambroxyl hydrochloride daily and Doxophyllin occassionally, which are giving releif.
In homoeo, half of my problem is solved using Heparsulph.
If you had any skin diseases in tha past - Hepar sulph, Psorinum,ars alb
If you dont have any past history of skin diseases - Kali bichrom 200
wet weather - Natrum Sulph
Now, I am taking Hep Sulph 200 in wet doses and feeling well.
