Teeth and Gums

I need help with my teeth.
I have to eat constantly, so there is always food in my mouth. Due to that now i have a lot of cavities.
my gums bleed easily when I brush.
Gums are receding and I am losing tooth enamel.
Gums are sensitive when I chew.
Gums are not swollen.
Please help me with tissue salts.

Please take

1. Marc Sol-200 6 pills 2 times a day
2. Use Homoeopathy Toothpaste say 'Hoemodent' and put some Table Salt+Alum powder while brushing
3. Brush teeth morning and at bed time

Give feedback after 8 to 10 days
