Please suggest cell salts for me

Dear All,

I have the following symptoms. Please suggest appropriate tissue/cell salts for the same.

Note - I am male 35 years. I have been having these symptoms since my teen years.

1. Fibromyalgia / Migraine - Headaches / muscle pain / excessive fatigue
2. Anxiety, Depression, Irritability, lack of patience
3. IBS - diarrhea prone
4. Tingling sensation in the hands and feet
4. Migraine typically trigged due to change of routine, change of schedule, fasting, gas, thirst.
5. Whenever I get Migraine pain, there is no 'aura'. But there is excessive feeling of thirst and excessive yawning.
6. My blood sugar and blood pressure is normal. I get it checked regularly.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take 2 pellets of Natrum Mur 6x in the morning and evening for 7 days and see how it affects.
