Hamamelis may help. are you constipated - if not ok, if you are then make sure you get plenty of fluid/fibre etc. to prevent the pile getting worse again.

YOu can try Nux Vomica 200c, one dose each day for three days and watch for next 5 days. Do not put any cream etc. If you feel uncomfortable, try rinsing with warm water. Also keep the area clean and dry. Use water for cleaning.

I had that happen due to constipation because of thyroid issues....my doctor had me use tuck pads....they are basically pads with witch hazel alcohol..within 3 days it began to shrink...you may want to give this a try in addition to homepathy being suggested

you can take 6c, 12c or 30c. Take 3 times daily (one dose morning, one around noon, and one in the evening) for 3 days. If this helps then continue to take remedy, but less frequently (when improvement stops take another dose). If it has not helped at all after the 3 days then come back for more advice.

He had me use it after a bowel movement and three times a day...then one time before bed...I was amazed at the difference....it shrunk very fast and I had had it for about a month and he was talking about surgery if that didn't work, but it worked very well

I have been using Hamamelis 30c for the passed few days, and also Witch Hazel pads. The Haemorrhoid appears to be shrinking but today seems to have become very irritated. Can anyone help?

If you had them after diarrhoea, I would still suggest Nux Vomica 200c as mentioned before. Do not use any witch hazel pads, just cleanse with running water 5-6 times a day. Nux Vomica has a very good affect after diarrhoea and also very good when diarrhoea happens in temperate climate.
