Please help with depersonalization

Hello, i have been with these symptoms for a month , on and off during weeks, but i don't have anxiety , just the depersonalization and derealization symptoms that i feel like in a dream or very strange in my mind and make me feel with fear when i have it, happens mostly during daytime.

I feel like i don't feel my body, and very sensitive to all , like hearing ,touching or speaking, very rare.

I think they came after thinking too much in my divorce months ago, i am not taking any meds now .
I read that phosphoricum acidum may help on this.
