genital infection still present from staphysgaria

will this correct in itself on its own or not? It been a few months now and the skin is still pink and inflated from infection on area at the tip of male genital and smells a bit

This was an old symtpom from childhood that happened when I took staphysgaria 1M.

should I take another dose of staphysgaria or not?
