Dr. kadwa,, please help me with pilonidal abscess

sir, i am 26yr male. i had pilonidal abscess surgery 3 yrs back. wound was lef open to heal. now 6months back it reoccured. it was operated again.this time they cloesd the wound(z plasty surgery). now i am getting it again.this time its hardly 2inches above my anus,and its at the place where stitches ended.i dont want to go through surgery again. please help me out.

Please take Myristica 200 in the morning and evening for 7 days and report back.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 1 drop in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

thanks for replying sir. wanted to tell you that this new pilonidal is at its preliminary stage. i have started feeling little discomfort and pain while sitting and yesterday little pus discharged when i pressed that area.
