Nerve Pain, right side of nose

I have been having these weird nose pains/headaches for about 2 years.

The symptoms are weird and can't seem to discover the root cause or find a good treatment.

Pain on right side of nose usually near top (not right by eye) or side of nostril. It is not a sharp or throbbing pain, but a dull pain that has a bit of relief when I press on it or open right nostril by pulling slightly.
Other symptoms include a bit of nausea and feeling 'anxious', not myself.. these 12 hr pains usually start in the evening 7pm or 10pm and go away by morning.. sometimes they start in the morning and then go about 10-12 hrs.

No OTC medicine helps much, but I have used migraine medicine like Axert to help effectively.

The other weird symptom that occurs right before an episode is this crusty crystals form inside my right nostril. This indicates to em an episode is coming.

What I have concluded is that these may be hormone related (?) as it seems to happen right before menstruation and ovulation times of the month.
I might have 1 or 2 around menstruation especially and then not have anything for 2 weeks.. then a slight one and then nothing again until next cycle.

Exercise seems to help and springtime seems to be worse.

Please I would love anyone's thoughts on this strange occurrence.

I am 43 years old, healthy woman eating organic food.. exercising pretty regular..
