thinning hair at the top of the scalp
hello,I am a 26 year old man and am suffering from severe hair loss at the top of my scalp. The hair is unusually thin and has been thinning further.I can notice some waxy substance at the root of the hair and when i try to pull out the waxy deposit, thin and small hair comes out with it. My scalp is oily and i feel a need to shampoo it every alternate day. I am consulting a Homeopathy clinic called Dr. Batra's clinic but it doesn't seem to be helping much.the waxy deposit has been noticed after the treatment started. I also feel acidity.I have tried almost every natural cure and am currently taking saw palmetto supplements. None of my parents have ever had any such problem. My dad is 50 and he still has better hair and my mom's hair is good too.MY height is 5' 7' and build is on the heavier side. Please let me know if any other details might be helpful in the diagnosis of my problem.I am really worried about the problem. Please help!!

Hello,
Well, not really..but they say in their websites that most of the medicines they give out to treat alopecia are Thuja based and i have also been given a liquid which has to be mixed with olive oil and to be applied once every week. The oil feels cold as it touches the scalp.
