Fever

7 months old baby have suffering from fever lower part cold and head is high temprature. please suggest good midicenes.

Pl give him
1. Belladona-30 2 drops 3 times in one teaspoonful water.
2. Ferrum Phos-6x+Nartum Mur-6x (1+1) pallets through one teaspoonful water 3 times a day.
