4 yr. old girl with urinary tract infection

Ok do I give her 6 pellets at once or steppe rate doses do I get liquid or pellets or dissolve. Please let me know thanks

My daughter doesn't currently complaint about experiencing pain during urinating, no fever, no discharge, no strong odor, no color change on urine. In the past she has had only a few times out of the many times she has had UTI's...she has experienced fever discharge n pain a couple of times not that many ..but not recently! She sometimes says it feels uncomfortable when she wipes or bathes but only once in a long while...so she's not experiencing any symptoms besides a mild smell but not offensive, like 2 weeks ago her urine smell was strong but only for 3 days but now its not strong. and the specialist thinks her Urinary tract infections are caused by her holding her urine and bowel movements, so she suggested antibiotics for 9 months which I do not want to do because of side affects. My daughter is 4 years old and she's slim and eats healthy and I keep her clean. I juice for her and eats healthy organic food and should I give her baking soda with water for acidic urine? I was told to Try giving her black walnut...or lycopodium 9c I pellet 3 times a day..and you recommended something else she has had recurrent urinary tract infections due to E. coli. This is very serious its on going....and I want to avoid antibiotics but I'm concerned about her health this is serious and if left untreated it can get worse ..kidney problems etc... She's healthy no health Problems other than UTI's and constipation. Now that you have an idea this been going on since 2 1/2 years now and we saw different doctors specialists, nutritionist, and they all recommend antibiotics.but I believe there's a more natural approach than antibiotics ....what do you suggest we just want what's best for her please help us. Lets keep in mind there has not been any discharge in a long time she only had that experience twice and it was 1 yr ago so not recently, and she doesn't complaint of burning pain or any pain while urinating. Although its normal for her to feel discomfort here and there...when she wipes or bathes..once in a while ...there was a time where she was getting them and her urine was strong and offensive smell, but not always sometimes it varies now it can smell strong but not like before it was penetrating and lasted for days now the smell it comes and goes now it's sometimes.., it depends. But no rash She doesn't really get fevers when she has urinary tract infection... She just gets discomfort in area and sometimes mild or strong smell or No smell on urine. She has had recurrent UTI's for a long time..e.coli ..doc wants to do invasive test VCUG I said no..I strongly feel like this can be taken care of without any invasive test on my little one. No traumatizing experience it's bad enough that she has UTI's please help us. Thanks
