stammering problem

I am 27 years old , when i was 12-13 year old i start stammer in my speech.When someone asks a question?The pressure is on my mind And My tongue does not respond.

my speech problem increase when i have to speak to customer or to answer any question publicly i feel fear and my heart start jumping and feel that if i speak i will stammer , i am in customer services officer what to do now please help me

Can you elaborate the pattern of your speech when you stammer?
Also Your liking for type of food/sweets.
Fear for darkness/Heights or any other fears.

3.I get stuck at few particular alphabets etc.
pl study your problem from that angle also and come back after 5 days.

1. yes i take long time before starting to speek when any one to asked me question.
2. i stammer on very first word.
3. i get stuck at few alphabets k , t , q. and when any one asked me question then i stuck all alphabets and huge pressure on my mind and my heart beat fast.
