plugged nose/ allergies

Hello! I have had a plugged nose for over a year and it worsens at night and while I sleep. I was allergy tested and have had many shots already from the doctor including steroids. Nothing is giving me relief except Prednesone and I cannot possibly take that forever. I am miserable and it is having an effect on my relationships and my mood. Any suggestions? I am 24 years old, female, and have not had allergies until last year apparently.

1. Histaminum 30 one dose in evening.
2. Kali Bich 30 one dose in morning.
