Hydrocele Treatment

Hi Forum,

I am 31 years male and have developed hydrocele in right testocle and I am taking homeo treatment for last four months but no satisfactory result. Consulted with general physician and was suggested for surgery which will be my final option. required details are given below. Please guide

1. Describe your main suffering?
Its Swelling in right testocle from Dec'12 and it's four months now. It feels weight hanging but as suggested, I am using supporter.
I got ultrasound done and found hydrocele along with epididymitis
2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
No change I have noticed

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
It hurts mentally more as want to get rid off as soon as possible.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Pains in lower right side of abdomen

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
It started in Dec'12 and four months now. Three years back in 2010, I had swelling as well due to weight lifting as I was shifting. I was cured in 3-4 weeks. And 10 years back, I was hit by a cricket ball.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Nothing such specified and also using supporter as well.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Nothing such

I enjoy rains but related to problem, nothing such

Yes, but sometimes feels negative.

weeping, talking to one self etc?
Yes, talk to myself and think excessively and feels emotionaln sometime

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I feel attached to my family and likes to talk to friends, but to limited people. I like loneliness. I am single so no wife/children

Fears are of some worse situations

I am veg. Likes rice, dal, potato and

normal and sweats from head, neck

Stool is unsatisfactory and a bit of gastric problem/belching is there

Doesn't get sound sleep and wakes early. I sleeps normally

Thinking, working style, confused

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
Its homeopathic treatment and not aware to medicines.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
My father is diabetic for last 5 years

I am lean, fair looking, good height (below 6).
