Sciatic Nerve Pain and Back Pain..

I have experienced wonderful results from taking 400mg of Vitamine E and 1,000mg of Salmon Oil each morning. I use to wake in the morn with a horrible pain from my tailbone to toes...... since using what I have suggested, gone! Take this combo for a week and tell me how you do. The Sciatic nerve can cause intolerable pain if pinched or irritated. Try it.it honestly worked for me and I would do anything to help those in distress. Marcus

I don't think it was 400 mg of vit E but 400 i.u.
Check your records please.

So sorry, you are correct......it is 400 iu/ui Vitamine E and 1000 mg Salmon Oil, I am not sure how it will affect you but it works extremely well for me. M
