plz help to reduce my weight urgently with some accurate remedy.

is there any sure shot remedy to cure obesity .i am 79kgs weight woman i need to reduce my weight plz help me urgently.i have apple shaped body with all my weight concentrated in abdomen.my waist is 45inches large.plz help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
i wanted to tell that i hv tried many things .i took Nat Phos 6x for 15 days but no cure.i had taken phytolacca berry for a month but no change .plz suggest sure shot remedy i am too depressed i have grt affection for food especially chicken dishes.i can't resist them i feel lethargic all the time.have less concentration forget things easily .doesn't like to do exercises.

i Dont hv thyroid but some hormonal imbalance is there coz i m having delayed periods.around 10 days delay.plz help for this too.my weight is increasing.i cannot exercise coz i Dnt feel like.i even cant control my hunger .i am desperate abt rice.

im changeable,mild,lazy,very fast in making friends and getting emotionally connected then im always betrayed and i have a heart break.

Hi-

I think that you - need to go
to a nutritionist and get a diet plan and exercise plan -where you
are eating the right foods to lose weight and doing the amount
of exercise you need.

There is no shortcut here- and you don't have medical problems
that call for medicine. It is just plain hard work that everyone has
to do and it would be great if you had someone like a nutrition person
coach and help you with this.

dear simone yo are rite i dont have any emotional or physical problem but i dont feel like doing anything i am terrible in eating.isnt there any medicine to control my hunger and to make me determined to do something.i have read so much about homeopathy that it can change one mood and one's life.

A nutritionist can go over your diet with you and show
you how certain foods make people go out of control
and want more and more.When you stop certain foods
then cravings stop. When certain foods are deleted then
your mind and will power starts to increase.

Exercise does the same, makes a person calmer and more
in control. However, if you are eating foods that trigger
cravings, and that you may even have a slight allergy to,
such as dairy ( which gives many, many people brain fog)
then unless you cut out those foods you are still going to
feel this way.

One way to do this is to get skin allergy tests to see
what foods are causing a problem. Or go to the nutrition
person and modify the diet a bit and see what happens.
Some people, eat one sugary thing a day and then cannot
stop eating the rest of the day. If they got up and had
protein, then they have no desire for the sugar and
do not binge.

If I were you, I would start taking the 12 cell salts daily for
3 weeks and then one week off. The cell salts put tiny
mineral amounts into the cells. Then the cells themselves
can absorb the right things from your food and you will
feel more in control. You cannot overdose on cell salts, bc
the body will get rid of what is not needed.

You need some counseling on this- what foods to cut down on,
what foods are a trigger for you, starting out on just
minimum exercise and then see what happens.

If your diet is always wrong, homeopathy cannot heal you.

let me tell u what all i eat in a day
morning a cup of tea with sugar+2 biscuits
10am 1parantha with subji +tea
2pm lunch rice+ dal+salad or 3chatpati + Sabji+dahi
6pm tea+4biscuits
9pm dinner 3chatpati +chicken Sabji
or chicken biryani
11pm a glass of milk without sugar


plz tell do i overeat

Simone This is clear case where reduce the quantity of bis cuit sugar in tea or no sugar in tea and dinner or only milk .

I was asking about the biscuits, bc here in usa, we have many
sizes of them, some of them tiny.

A. 6 biscuits a day- is probably 1200 calories. People on diets
many times only eat 1200 calories a day. I would go to two
biscuits a day. You also have to figure out how to work with yourself,
like have the biscuit and then have something like cut up
vegetables that you can dip into yogurt ( bc that is just about
Zero calories) then you feel like you are not depriving yourself.

B. In usa, they tell you do not eat past 8 pm. Bc that is a time
the body is going into rest mode and not digestion mode.

C. I would skip the glass of milk bc it is after 8 pm and you don't
need those calories from it. Have a cup of chamomille tea or
valerian tea instead, bc these will relax you.

D. Try to start with something on exercise that you have NO
resistance to. When you resist things, then break it down to baby steps.
keep going to where you have no resistance. For example, you
don't want to exercise. ok- ask yourself if you could just take
a 10 minute walk, if you get no, how about a 5 minute walk.
Once you get past the initial resistance you will probably do more
than a 5 minute walk.It does not matter if it works out to a one minute
walk- once you break thru resistance, you will want to do a little more.


Doing A and B is probably going to drop a half pound or pound a
day on you.

You have to do the math. More calories in than calories burned
equals staying fat.

If 4 biscuits amount to around 700 or 800 calories a day plus the milk
another 100 calories, that is a huge amount of calories.

And I am not saying walk 10 minutes a day, everyone needs around
45 minutes of some movement a day to have the body work right,
to clean out your lymph systerm, etc. Just like you take a bath everyday.

Since you don't want to exercise, I was saying start where you are at.
If you don't have a problem with walking 5 minutes, start there, once
you do it or some type of anything for a few minutes you will naturally
do more.

Bottom line you are having too many calories that are not being
burned off. You can reduce the calories or increase physical activity or
both. Sure, you are going to be hungry at first, but that is how it is
for everyone.
