berberis aq potency

i have blotches and spots left behind after occurernce of pimples and acne . i belive i am required to take berberis aq for the problem but am unable to determine the potency in which i should be taking it i.e., Q,200,1m,10m,etc. advice in this regard will be appreciated.thank you.

thank you for your reply.but would taking it in 1m or 10m potency speed up the process of cure or woould it impede the same?
