chronic constipation for 3year old

my baby is bottle fed suffering from hard stools .twice a week and cries during potty and becomes like stones.after using homeo since 15 days ,now shes going little amount thrice..she feels like potty is coming but after going to bath room she will not get...please suggest correct medicine....
