Constipation

Hello Doctors:

I am suffering from constipation last 1 years. I do have bowel movement every day but it is always incomplete evacuation. I do feel slight pain and bloating in lower abdomen.

Can I get remedy for this problem?

Age: 30
Male
No smoking, No drinking
Non-veg
