cold allergic with sneezing & nose running & blockblock

My wife is 40 yrs old she is suffering from continious cold with sneezing & running nose some times nose blocked this is occured since 6- 7 months she was engaged in supervising the construction work of our house and exposed to dust & cement hot sunshine at least for 7 months. we have used homeopathy medicine for one month during taking medicine she is ok .even single dose is missed the problem comes. the doctor did not prescribed the medicine name . so it is not possible to visit the doctor every week for medicine. Please name the medicine so that I can purchase from the market.

Dissolve 1 drop in 3 tbl spoon, stir n drink.

Do this twice a day for 3 days and stop.
