leg ulcer due to venous insuffient
Dear Doctor, my aunty have a ulcer at the leg below the knee. she have been having this for almost 3 years come this Feb 2014. Doctors have advised to apply compressed stokins besides daily dressing. I am a devout Homeopath, please kindly advice what medication is best suit this patience. attach please find the image of the ulcer.thank you in advance.
