tooth infection

Greetings!
My brother (35y)has an infection in the root of an upper front tooth. There is also some bone loss because of the infection and that has left the tooth little bit loose.

While young he fell to the ground and the tooth was injured, but only later has these symptoms come.

There is little pain almost all the time, but is aggravated by cold drinks and by pressure. Sometimes blood is coming.

Other teeth are fine.

Any suggestion for a remedy to clear the infection and possibly stop the tooth to become more loose?

Thank you for any help,
Visakha

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1.calc flour 6x,five tablets three times a day.

2.hekla lava q.5 drops in 20 ml of water for external application on the infected tooth with cotton.

3.after brushing use hekla lava tooth powder for massaging the gums.

feed back after 7 days.
