Sunscreen & After sun
Hello,Can anyone reccomend a generic homeopathic sun screen and homeopathic after sun?
I am concerned about the chemicals released when conventional sun screen breaks down in the sun.

coconut oil is optimum for screen--but improves more of an adaptation response of the skin--this also implies that diet is of importance---healthy skin oil is of importance----essential fatty acids important as well as reduction of sodium and increase potassium...
as far as homoeopathic---if sunburn easily nat-m 12c tiwce daily --no more than 3 days--buit depending upon the individual other remdy may be indicated
if sunburned already--then if stingy and swelled apis---if sun poisoning then few remedies indicated --1 is calendula--if yellow peeling crusty then possibly sulphur 12c ...
aventa sativa in potency internally
or tincture on the skin itself
also nettle tincture on the skin --when symptoms indicate--similar to apis symptoms except less stingy and more of an itchy-swelling-irritation
again--individualization for homoeopathic prescribing is theessential for results..
