hemorrhoid without Pain and Bleeding

My age is 30 and am having external hemorrhoid from last 5-6 years.
There's no pain and bleeding but sometimes I feel itchy and discomfort around the anus.

After passing stool i can feel a bulge around the size of a grape.

Also sometimes I feel something is moving in my anus.

Did take homeopathy treatment, Dr gave some oral treatment and topi aesculus to apply on the affected area.

Situation now same as before.

Am very stressed, please help

Nux vom 30 one dose evening time for five days sulphur 30 one dose morning time empty stomach for five days both med will start same time after 5days report

Just forgot to tell you that I dont have constipation problem.

This issue is might be I was eating lot of Junk, Spicy Food and Non-veg & Liquir occasionally.

Now am eating home food only from last 1 week.

Will the medicine be the same.
