Biochemic Cell Salts-Can all 12 prove effective??
In Cell Salt reportizing some health issues for myself and my sister, I found that there were 8 cell salts that ranked equally important for my sister's concerns. They were:Nat. Sulph
Nat. Phos
Nat. Mur
Kali Phos
Calc Phos
Mag. Phos
Ferrum Phos
Silica
Understandably, she wasn't crazy about taking all 8, three times a day. I know that all the Phos remedies can be found in Hyland's "Nerve Tonic." That leaves Nat. Sulph, Silica and Nat. Mur.
Would she be better off just taking "Bioplasma" (the 12 cell salts combined) as recommended?
My other question is if the cell salts are ALL integral to good health, does taking just one or two of them all the time (Nat Phos or Mag Phos, for example) throw off the system because it's not getting the complete 12 necessary salt remedies??

I had another thought. Is it absolutely imperative to take 4 EACH of the individual cell salts? If one can get the same benefit from 3 or even 2 at each dose, then it would make the dosing easier.
Also, I've read on some sites that it's okay to take the individual remedies all at once; others say one must alternate the remedies. Any thoughts on this?

Yes, I know about this combination. Could you shed light on my questions re: using the combo or taking individual remedies? And also, how many per dose is really required. Is it truly 4 per dose or could one take 2 or 3 per dose?

with the combo you cover all possibilities and with the individual remedies you are aiming more specifically. Neither way causes an imbalance as such but if you are not getting the ones you need then you will not benefit as much.
different people have different experiences with the amount for dosing - it is different with the tissue salts than with more potentized remedies and it is possible that you could need 2 or 3 per dose.

Suppose you have a patient with the following symptoms.
1.Grey coated base of tonge.
2.Acidity.
3.Dandruff.
4.Anemia.
5.Mental fatigue.
Now from the indication of salts the the following medicines covers.
1.Kali mur.
2.Natrum phos.
3.Kali sulph.
4.calcaria phos
5.Kali phos.
Now you combine all these five ,5 grain of each,total 25 grains as a dose.If u feel that 25 tablets are too much,u can dissolve these 25 tablet in a cup of water mix them well and use one tea spoonful out of this mixture as a dose.Very simple and effective and cheap.
