Is there a specific cell salt for undereye bags/puffiness?

Hello,

I have searched and searched and cannot come up with a specific cell salt that SPECIFICALLY targets bags or puffiness under the eyes.

Can anyone lead me toward the best choice?

What potency do you suggest and how often?

I've tried everything to get rid of these bags under my eyes (nutritional, herbal, exercise, lymphatic cleansing, bowel cleansing, kidney cleansing....) and nothing has worked.
