Going from Phosphorus 1LM to 6C for chronic problem?

I have taken Phosphorus 30c split dose watery method 2 doses one week apart with good results for a chronic shoulder problem. Unfortunately I saw a homeopath on Monday who gave me 1LM of same remedy. I have only taken one dose and have not noticed the good effects I had on the 30C although there was some slight aggravation with my feeling a bit low the next 24 hours. I know that Luc De Schepper advises chronic cases begin with 6C. Would I still be able to go back down to 30C or 6C now I have taken 1LM? Or will that just he counterproductive? Also, can I go to 6C? And repeat only when the symptoms are coming back?

on here. He is a homeopath in Norway, he does a lot of
shoulder cases. His user name is Parakletos and his

on here every day.
