Cough, fever and runny nose

My 2 1/2 years baby is having mucus cough, low fever about 100 C and runny nose for two days. Fever slow down to 98 in day time and raises to 100 at night. Would you prescribe some remedies? Thanks

My daughter is feeling better no fever and a little relief in cough. But she is having severe chest congession, i heard with sthetoscope. Would you please tell me any medicine for specially chest congession?
