sir,after taking ledampal with kalimur for 4 days the pain of the small injury to the leg ankle is relieved. the fever is constant by 99 degrees.pain from the lower portion (neulargic)of the head spreadover to the spinalcard. she is a BP patient with 160 to 170/90 and using allopathic tab. morning sickness is seen.unable to work.when the feet is wet with water coldness is there. itching is severe both the legs from ankles to feet.chest pain is relieved by 50%. these are the problems exists with her.kindly advice.

Sir , my wife is suffering from the nails and fingers trouble. She is having joint pains and knee pains also. Some months back on all her hand fingers middle portion were swollen hard. The left hand second finger effected and nail is cracked. I am attaching the photo for a clear understanding. I used sil.6x and cal.sulph for some days. Please go through and advise.
