Sudden unexplained urinary urgency/ oab
Hello,It's my first post here. I have been researching net any type of help for overactive bladder - the sudden and NON-Stop urgency to urinate to be exact. My problem is frequency of going to toilet & the constant need to go. I am on heavy meds (lorazepam at night and oxybutinin for the day) which have side effects and I do not want to take these forever.
I do not have pain, loss of urine, burning, or leakage. Just how often I feel I need to go and how the bladder feels full none stop, even after I go, with in 15 minutes I am ready to go again. I have been tested, probed, and re-tested. No obstructions, bacteria, lumps, or anything. By all accounts I am a healthy 30 yr old, whose life has turned into a nightmare and it seems no one can say why. Developed insomnia, due to how often I wake up. If anyone has tried to fall asleep on a full bladder, then you understand.
I am lost and am searching for any help at this point
all advice, ideas or anything is greatly appreciated and welcomed. I do not want to live my life in a bathroom.
Thank you kindly for any and all insight/ advice.
