Hyper Tension

I am kiran vaidya 36 years old.
one year back my BP use to be 110/70. But during last 6 months it ranges between 130-140 and 80-90.
i alos suffer from gas in the intestine.
Earlier i had acidity. but now acidity is not there. Thanks to Nat phos and other medicines.
Please help me for lowering my BP.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I note that you have used Nat Phos and that this has helped your acidity problem.

You can use Arnica 6c in the water dose taken twice daily to help with your BP but this method may take a few months before any response is noticed.

It may be worth recording that if you use a digital BP gauge the readings are influenced by the status of the batteries which are usually AAA. They are only good for about 50 readings and only the Alkaline may be used.
