stammering of 3 yrz old baby

please give me any cure or sugestion for my child who is three yrs old and he has started stammering suddenly.just 3 days back he was very fluent in speaking but now he is stammering im really very much upset please help!!

Any mental or physical trauma?

-His likes and dislikes in food

-His behavior with parents, siblings, friends and visitors

-His thermal preferences

-Any rare or strange symptom in behavior

-What ailments generally does he suffer from?

-His sweat, thirst, hunger and stool

-His fears and dreams if known

-His level of intellect

he was a scisserian child he like to eat every thing but it should be tasty, he co ordinate very friendly with every 1 , he is a n asthma patient but he dint got scared by anything
