This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi-

No you cannot use minoxidil, propecia or any of those things.
A. Some interfere with testosterone levels and if you think you
are upset now about hairloss-that will be like nothing compared
to testosterone problems.
B.Once those drugs are stopped hairfall starts again, they are
useless.
C. If genetic, which seems like this is the case- not much you can
do except hair transplants.
D. You could ask Evocationer (David Kempson) on here- who is a
20yr experienced homeopath from Australia to see if he can help
you, as he has said he has been able to Stop genetic hairloss
with correct remedy treatment ( not grow new hair but stop hairloss).

If you want him to take your case, use the edit button on bottom
right and add in Evocationer to your headline.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I don't consider using hormonal treatments like propecia.

That is good, there have been plenty of
people on here trying to recover from
side effects of Propecia, Finisteride,
Minoxidil aka Rogaine.

Best wishes,
