Dear Shab,

It may not be the right medicine. If you are eating more
calories than your body can use ( not moving enough)
then no remedy is going to help you.

A person can adjust their calorie intake, they can
switch food items, like less oil, more protein, and vegetables,
stop eating late at night etc.

Have you tried any of the above?

Calc carb is not a remedy for 'weight loss'. You must possess the specific Calc-carb symptoms for it to be of any use to you. We have THOUSANDS of medicines that could promote weight loss IF such weight is part of a disease ie. actual obesity, metabolic diseases etc.

NO remedy will help someone lose weight if it is due to poor diet and lack of exercise. We work with nature, and it is not nature's way to allow weight to be lost when nothing is being done to encourage that loss (or things are being done to encourage weight gain).
